Pat has been a Claremont resident for 35 years (30 of those years living in Towne Ranch).  She has been active in the Claremont Schools and in various charitable organizations.

Before becoming a Realtor she was a local interior designer - participating in three of the Children's Home Society Showcase Homes, including the Rudd Home in Claremont.  She received her architectural and design training from Chaffey College, UCLA, UCR, Sotheby's Auction House and Otts Parsons Art Institute. She still holds membership in ITOA, a professional society.  Pat also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. 

Soon after becoming a Realtor, she spent an additional year taking very specialized real estate classes and attained her GRI designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute.
